The location offered great access to shops. I appreciated the kitchen set-up that included a refrigerator and microwave. The lobby food shop provided extra convenience. Laundry was available if needed.

The weekly room cleaning schedule caused trash to pile up, and I received no instructions for its disposal.

i was frustrated with a couple of things. the bathroom had a motion sensor for the light, annoying at night. also, the room cleaning was only weekly. trash piled up, and there was no clear info on where to dispose of it. it just felt unhygienic.

The location is almost perfect. Connection to world trade center is easy with the path train. the room was clean and as shown in pictures. The bed is comfortable and soft.

The bathroom was good with nice amenities, but the shower water caused problems. i arrived early and the room was guaranteed later in the day. the reception held my luggage but could not offer early access to my room. I understand this happens when arriving before check-in.

i appreciated the location near public transport options. it made getting around simple. the provided kitchen utensils allowed me to prepare meals. i found the bed nice and neat providing a restful night.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy and it made sleeping slightly difficult.

The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit. It switched from hot to cold without warning. Housekeeping only came once . I found this unacceptable. There was trash piled up. The room collected dust in several areas. I did see some food in the freezer when I arrived. It was left by the previous guest. The towel rack in the bathroom was also loose. It needs repair.

the location offered convenient access to transportation. train rides to manhattan were quick and easy (it saved us so much time!). the room was spacious and well-kept. i especially liked the modern design and fresh finishes.

the absence of daily cleaning meant i needed to manage trash disposal myself. no instructions were given about this.
